FileSafe offers a complete Scanning Bureau Service which incorporates database design, document preparation, scanning, indexing and production of fully searchable CD/DVDs. Alternatively, images and related index information can be shared via a Windows® based server, intranet or internet.

From the outset, FileSafe staff will work with you to realise the full potential locked up in your legacy documents. Typical projects include; conversion of Quality Manuals, Patient Records, Pension Data, Equipment Operating Instructions, Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Delivery Notes……… etc. to digital format.

Each CD/DVD comes with its own powerful search engine to search, view and print images.

With our Scan-to-Web service we offer a fast, easy and secure way to deploy your data to the Web allowing you to access, view and share your information.

We can create individual home pages for separate clients, departments or global users allowing them to browse, query and view the contents of the database(s).
